Catering and Craft Practice at SS1 covers the hospitality industry, catering establishments, kitchen safety, food commodities, and cooking methods. SS2 builds through bar and beverage service, kitchen equipment, cake decoration, and even costume design and marketing. SS3 narrows to special menu planning for different groups in First Term, then housekeeping, front office duties, and intensive WAEC/NECO revision in Second Term.
