Frequently Asked Questions
Licensing, Pins & Devices
Does one pin work on more than one device?
No. Each activation pin locks to the first device that uses it. If you need the app on multiple phones or computers, you will need one pin per device.
Can a school share pins across a computer lab?
A pin activates on whichever device uses it first. So a shared lab computer only needs one pin for that machine. If students also use personal phones, each phone will need its own pin. Contact us on WhatsApp to plan the right number of pins for your setup.
How does bulk licensing work for a whole school?
Tell us your student count and whether you need JAMB UTME, WAEC WASSCE/SSCE, or both, on WhatsApp. We will confirm a bulk rate and deliver your batch of pins for distribution to students or lab computers.
What happens if a student’s phone is lost or the app is reinstalled?
Reach out to us on WhatsApp with your pin details and we will confirm the reactivation process for your case.
Do pins work for both JAMB and WAEC practice?
No. A JAMB pin activates JAMB UTME practice drills only. A WAEC pin activates WAEC WASSCE (SSCE) CBT practice drills only. If a student needs both, they will need a separate pin for each.
Payment & Exam Terminology
Is UTME the same as JAMB, and is WASSCE the same as WAEC or SSCE?
Yes. UTME (Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination) is the actual exam that JAMB conducts. People commonly just say “JAMB” to mean the same exam. WASSCE (West African Senior School Certificate Examination) is the exam that WAEC conducts. “SSCE” is an older name people still widely use for the same exam. Is this a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay once to activate per device. There are no renewal or subscription fees once you activate your pin.
How do I receive my pin after payment?
